Customer service and administration assistant
We are a clinic for Traditional Chinese Medicine in combination with Western medicine looking to hire a front desk administrative assistant to work in our location in Huangpu District. The clinic assistant is responsible for front desk operations including scheduling and payment, phone operations, scanning, filing, faxing as well as assisting patients with insurance verification.
An ideal candidate will be able to balance these tasks while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude, flexible, ability to work independently and proactively to meet the needs of patients and staff.
Must have: A professional and caring demeanor, talent in multi-tasking, self motivated, savvy with computers, excellent communication skills, adaptable, good with meeting deadlines, capable under pressure, team player.
We demand high quality work to ensure high quality patient care. Patient care and a positive work environment are our priorities. Recent graduates will be considered, but three years related experience is preferred. Please submit resume along with cover letter including your availability and salary requirement.
