Office Manager
Global Wealth Management is a well established, International Company with its admin headquarters based here in Shanghai.
To help service our rapidly growing sales team and our growing clientbase across Asia, we are looking for an Office Manager to manage and further develop our Shanghai Admin Operations, reporting to the Managing Director.
Office Manager
Responsibilities include:-
- Supervision of 8 Direct Reports; Accounts, HR, Client Care, IT and Marketing
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with all direct reports to review current work status, discuss issues and continuous improvement.
- Conduct 6 monthly personal development reviews with direct reports.
- Review procedures and job responsibilities on a 6-12 months basis
- Continuous improvement of all areas of responsibility
- Work with Management Team to meet company objectives
You must have the following skills / experience:-
- Native English Speaker,
- At least 3 Yrs experience working for an international company, management experience preferred,
- Complete honesty & integrity,
- Hard working, able to work on your own, and motivate those around you,
- Excellent communication skills, personable, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
