Where: 10 minutes' walk to Yonghegong Lama Temple metro station(line 5 and line 2),10 minutes' walk to Dongzhimen metro Station(line 2 and line 13).
In a renewal pingfang in a nice hutong, the whole house is 70 m2. Well equipped(Air-condition, Heating, Gas, Washing machine), Kitchen, toillet and bathroom in the house, quiet, clean.
Gonna be difficult finding as clean and nice house as this one in such a nice area. There're lots of supermakets and little shops and restaurants around.
Near Dongzhimen, Guijie, Ditan Park, Tangguo KTV, Star live,Cafe de la poste!!!
Who am I?: I am a 26 year-old Chinese girl who's working in Yayuncun currently, because I'm renting another appartment which is nearer my job. I hope to rent this house to no matter Boys or girls. But need to be clean, respectful and friendly! :=)
